🍎 Basic Apple Puree Recipe 🍏
- take and wash 3 apples
- peel them
- cut them in small cubes
- put them in a pan and cover in water
- cook the apples on medium heat until tender (15 minutes)
- mash the apples with a spoon or use a blender

🍎 Spinach+Apple Baby Food Puree 🍏
- wash, peel and dice 6 apples
- put them in a pan and cover in water
- add cinnamon, ginger, and cloves
- cook the apples on medium heat until tender (15 minutes)
- add 2 cups of fresh spinach
- cook for 2 more minutes
- blend it all together, add cooking water if needed

🍎 Apple+Kale Baby Food Puree 🍏
- wash, peel and dice 4 apples
- put apples into a steamer basket
- steam over boiling water until tender (9 minutes)
- add 1/2 cup of kale into the steamer basket
- steam for 1 more minute
- blend it all together, add steamer water if needed
This recipe from Sage Spoonfuls combines apples and carrots. Adding a bit of cinnamon gives this mixture that extra zest.
🍎 Carrot, Apple & Cinnamon Puree 🍏
- wash, peel and dice 2 apples
- wash, peel and chop 5 carrots
- put into a steamer basket
- steam over boiling water until tender (10 minutes)
- blend it all together, add steamer water if needed
- add a bit of cinnamon and stir

🍎 Apple, Apricot & Banana Baby Puree 🍏
- wash, peel and dice 1 apple
- wash and dice 1 cup of apricots
- put into a steamer basket
- steam over boiling water until tender (10 minutes)
- transfer into a blender
- add 1 banana
- blend it all together, add steamer water if needed

🍎 Zucchini, Apple & Blueberry Baby Puree 🍏
- wash, peel and dice 1 apple
- wash, peel and chop 1 zucchini
- put into a steamer basket
- add 1/2 cup of blueberries
- steam over boiling water until tender (10 minutes)
- blend it all together, add steamer water if needed
- add a bit of cinnamon and stir

- take 1 ripe avocado
- put it in a blender
- add 3 tablespoons of applesauce/apple puree
- blend it all together, add water if needed
